Give to Meadowmount

Thank you for supporting the Meadowmount School of Music. Your financial support is needed to provide scholarships and to maintain the proper environment for developing artistic excellence. Contributions will allow Meadowmount to be a safe, attractive, and welcoming place for generations to come.

Each year the number of students requesting financial assistance increases. We cannot keep up with the demand. Unfortunately this causes truly qualified and gifted students to be unable to attend to further their musical development. Please donate. Donations are fully tax deductible as Meadowmount is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization. Click the donate button to send your contribution or write a check with a note in the memo marked for the fund you wish to support.

Your gift can be applied to the following areas:

If you would like to learn more about setting up a scholarship fund, sponsoring a guest artist, hosting an event in your city, making an in-kind gift or planned-giving support, please contact Meadowmount’s Director, Eric Larsen: Director@Meadowmount.com. Your support of the school is greatly appreciated.

Sponsor a Student
There are many merit worthy students in need of sponsorship to attend Meadowmount and receive the training and guidance they need for their musical careers. To become a sponsor contact our office at (518) 962-2400. You can also contact us by email (admissions@meadowmount.com) or send a letter stating your desire to sponsor a student. Sponsorship covers full tuition for a student in the amount of $6,450. We will award this to a student showing a high level of merit and need. At the end of the summer we will send a Sponsorship Packet to you including the student’s name, biography, programs from their performances, and recording of concerts they performed in during the summer.

Sponsor a Work Scholarship Recipient
Several students are awarded work scholarships to help finance their expenses while at Meadowmount. Work Scholarships are awarded to merit worthy students who attend full time. We have opportunities in food service, recording, video, stage, mail, office work, snack bar, concert staffing, programs and more. Each work scholarship is valued at $700. Please help by clicking the donate button or sending a check with a note in the memo marked "for work scholarships". You can also contact us at (518) 962-2400 for more information in sponsoring a worker.

The Meadowmount School of Music has created Fellowships to honor the memory of Founder, Ivan Galamian, his wife Judith Galamian and founding faculty members Josef Gingold, Leonard Rose and Gregor Piatigorsky. In 2012 the estate of alumni Stephen Kates established the Stephen Kates Fellowship to assist students in attending Meadowmount. Donations to these fellowships can be made by clicking the donate button. Please visit the Distinguished Meadowmount Alumni page for more information.
